Question 1

How long does a Deep Clean take?

Accepted Answer

A full day for most vehicles. Larger SUVs, or cars with heavily soiled interiors, occasionally extend into a second morning — always agreed with you in advance rather than rushed to fit the day.

Question 2

How is a Deep Clean different to a standard valet?

Accepted Answer

A valet cleans what you can see; a Deep Clean addresses what has bonded to the surfaces you can't. Iron fallout, tar and embedded contamination are chemically decontaminated rather than washed over — the difference shows in how the paint feels and reflects afterwards.

Question 3

Do I need a Deep Clean if the car is nearly new?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Delivery-mile cars have travelled on trailers, sat in compounds and been prepped for handover, not detailed. A first-visit Deep Clean gives us a proper baseline before any coating or correction is considered.

Question 4

Should I add a ceramic coating at the same time?

Accepted Answer

A coating is only as good as the paint beneath it. Ceramic coating acts like a magnifying glass, so any swirls, marring or contamination left on the surface will be locked in and made more obvious. The ideal sequence is to correct the paint first — via a single or two-stage polish — then seal that finish with a coating. A Deep Clean gives us the clean baseline needed to assess whether correction is worthwhile before you commit.

Question 5

Can heavily soiled interiors be brought back?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. Steam extraction and appropriate fabric or leather chemistry handle the majority of embedded soiling. Anything beyond that is discussed and quoted before work begins.
